Story submission terms
What you agree to when you send us a Collector Story.
1. It's yours to share
You wrote the story, or have the right to share it, along with any images, stats, and Pinbook link you send. It doesn't copy anyone else's work, share other people's private information, or break any law.
2. Permission to use it
You give Digital Pin Club a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to publish, edit, excerpt, format, and share your story, your name or handle, your images, and your Pinbook link on this site, in the Pin Press newsletter, and on our social media (such as Instagram, X, Threads, and Reddit). You still own your story.
3. Photos are optional
You can add one photo if you like. It must be your own, or one you have the right to share. Don't show other people's faces without their permission, and leave out personal information like names, addresses, or account details. If your story is approved, the photo is shown with it and can be shared with it as described above.
4. Removal has limits
Ask us through the Contact page and we'll make a best effort to take your story off this site and our own accounts. Once something is posted on a social platform or shared or reposted by others, it may not be possible to remove every copy, and we can't guarantee removal from third-party platforms.
5. Not every story is published
Every submission is reviewed. We may decline a story, or edit it for length, clarity, or safety, and sending one doesn't guarantee it will be published.
6. You're responsible for your story
You're responsible for what you submit, and you agree to hold Digital Pin Club harmless from any claims that arise from it.
7. No payment
Stories are shared for the community. There's no payment or other compensation for submitting or for any use of your story.
8. Age
You must be 18 or older to submit a story.
